Detailed Solution

As rolles theorem is applicable the function should be continuous and differentiable in 3,3

So at x=1 it is continuous

limx1fx=limx1+fxf1

a+b=c=1  ….(1)

Differentiable at   x=1

f11+=f11

limh0c1+h1h=2a2a=limh0c1hhh+1 exists only when c=1

2a=limh0hhh+1=limh01h+1=1

a=12  and    c=1  …(2)

From (1), (2) b=32

a+b+c=2a+b+c=3

2a+4b+3c=84a2+4b2+5c2=15
