Given equation is $10x^3-c{x}^2-54x-27=0\to \left(1\right)$

Put $x=\frac{1}{y}$

$10-cy-54y^2-27y^3=0$

$\Rightarrow 27y^3+54y^2+cy-10=0\to \left(2\right)$ are in A.P.

$a-d+a+a+d=\frac{-54}{27}$

$\Rightarrow 3a=-2$

$\Rightarrow a=\frac{-2}{3}$

Substitute $\Rightarrow a=\frac{-2}{3}$ in 2

$\frac{-27.8}{27}+\frac{54.4}{9}-c\cdot \frac{2}{3}-10=0$

$\therefore c=9$
