Two lines ax1+by1+c1=0 and ax2+by2+c2=0 have a unique solution only if a1a2≠b1b2≠c1c2.

a 1 a 2 ≠ b 1 b 2   ⇒ 2 k ≠ 3 9 ⇒k≠6   Therefore, if the system of linear equations 2x+3y=7 and kx+9y=15 has a unique solution, then value of Question Image is not equal to 6.
