Detailed Solution

In a DNA helix, each turn has 10 pairs of nitrogen bases. Amount of adenine is equal to the amount of thymine and amount of guanine is equal to the amount of cytosine. If adenine is 2, then the number of thymine base is also 2 and they together form 2 pairs. In the remaining 8 pairs, 8 are guanine bases and eight are cytosine bases. Such DNA turn has a total of 28 hydrogen bonds.
