Detailed Solution

Here, we are given that x= 4 9 , y= 5 12 and z= 7 18 , and we have to compute x÷(y÷z) .
So, substituting the values for x, y and z in x÷(y÷z) , we get,
4 9 ÷ 5 12 ÷ 7 18 = 4 9 ÷ 5 12 × 18 7 = 4 9 ÷ 5×18 12×7 = 4 9 ÷ 90 84 = 4 9 ÷ 45 42
Now, again we will replace the division sign with that of multiplication sign in the above expression and taking the reciprocal of 45 42 ,
4 9 ÷ 45 42 = 4 9 × 42 45 = (4)×42 9×45 = (4)×14 3×45 = 56 135
So, the value of x÷(y÷z) at x= 4 9 , y= 5 12 and z= 7 18 is obtained as 56 135 .
Hence, the correct option is (1)
