 Re{(a+ib)(c+id)}=0 ac+bd=0                      (2)

Now, from Eqs. (1) and (2), we get

a2+b2=1a2+a2c2d2=1a2=d2                      (3)

Also, c2+d2=1

 c2+a2c2b2=1 b2=c2                       (4)

ω1=a2+c2=a2+b2=1           [From (1) and (4)]

and ω2=b2+d2=c2+d2=1    [from (1) and (4)]

Further Reω1ω2=Re{(a+ic)(bid)}

                              = ab + cd
