Given parabolas y2=4ax and x2=4ay By solving these  two equations we get  x4=16a2(4ax) x3=64a3 x=0 or x=4a   y=0 or  y=4a

point of intersection  are (0,0) and  (4a, 4a)

 2bx+3cy=0 Again it passes through the point (4a,4a) then 4a(2b+3c)=0 2b+3c=0
