Given $x=3+2i\Rightarrow {(x-3)}^2={(+2i)}^2$

$\Rightarrow x^2-6x+13=0$

On dividing $f\left(x\right)$ by $x^2-6x+13$, quotient is $x^2-2x-21$and remainder is $-96x+312$

$\therefore f\left(x\right)=(x^2-6x+13)(x^2-2x-12)-96x+312$

 $\therefore f(3+2i)=\left(0\right)[x^2-2x-21]-96(3+2i)+312$

$a+ib=24-192i$

$\therefore a=24$

$b=-192$
