The principle of the delimitation commission is one vote, one value. It is a high-power body, but it is not a constitutional or statutory body. Its order can't be questioned in a court of law. In 1952, 1963, 1973, and 2002, delimitations were completed, and the next delimitation will occur in 2026 if not postponed.
