In a cylinder, radius is doubled and height is halved, then curved surface area will be   same.
Given,
Radius=2r.
Height = h 2  .
Then by using the formula of curved surface area,
C.S.A = 2π(radius)(height) = 2π(2r) h 2 = 2πrh          = 2π(radius)(height)  
Therefore, if in a cylinder, radius is doubled and height is halved, then curved surface area will be same.
