We can solve this using angle sum property.

The angle sum property of a triangle states that the sum of the interior angles of any triangle is always 180.

Given, right angle at C in the triangle ABC

In this triangle, B=60C=90 and AB = 15

Now, in triangle ABC,

A+B+C=180         [Sum of the all angles in a triangle = 180°]

60+A+90=180

A=30

Now from the trigonometry property

sinA=CBAB

sin30=CB15
12×15=CB    [Since, sin30=12]

CB=7.5 units

Now,

AB2=AC2+BC2   [By using of Pythagoras theorem]

152=AC2+1522

AC=225-2254

AC2=22534

AC=1532 units
