Detailed Solution

In a year,

Seema earns = Rs. 1,50,000

Seema saves = Rs. 50,000

Money spend = 1,50,000 - 50, 000 = 1,00,000

(a)

Money that Seema earns : the money she saves = 1,50,000 : 50,000 = 15000050000=155=31 = 3:1

Money that Seema earns : the money she saves =  3:1

(b)

Money that she saves : the money she spends = 50,000 : 1,00,000 = 50000100000 =12 = 1:2

Money that she saves : the money she spends = 1:2
