Given, BC=AB and ∠B=80∘.
Question Image⇒∠A=∠C (As angles opposite to equal sides are equal)
Let the angles be x each.
Now by angle sum property ∠A+∠B+∠C=180°.
⇒x+80∘+x=180∘
⇒2x=180∘-80∘ ⇒2x=100∘
⇒x=50∘
∴∠A=∠C=50∘.
Therefore, the value of ∠A is 50∘.
Hence, the correct option is 3.
