Detailed Solution

Concept: A food chain refers to the order of events in an ecosystem, where one living organism eats another organism and latterly that organism is consumed by another larger organism. The inflow of nutrients and energy from one organism to another at different trophic situations forms a food chain. It also helps in knowing the feeding pattern or relationship between living organisms. Trophic position has the different stages in a food chain which begins from the directors at the bottom followed by primary, secondary and tertiary consumers. Every position in a food chain is called the trophic position. The food chain consists of major corridor
Patron The patron in a food chain includes all the green shops. It's the first stage in the food chain. The patron is the first position of a food chain. The directors take the energy from the sun and produce the food. They're also known as autotrophs as they can make their own food and they produce their own nutrients through photosynthesis. illustration- herbage shops, phytoplankton, algae are some of the exemplifications of directors in a food chain
Consumers are all organisms that eat commodities differently. It's the largest part of a food web, as it contains nearly all living organisms. It includes beasties which are creatures that eat shops, herbivores which are creatures that eat other creatures, spongers are those organisms that live on other organisms by harming them and scavengers which are creatures that eat dead creatures. Hence beasties are known as primary consumers and herbivores are secondary consumers. The alternate trophic position includes organisms that eat directors. Thus primary consumers or beasties are organisms in the alternate trophic position.
Decomposers are organisms that get energy from dead or waste organic material. It's the last stage in the food chain. It's an integral part of the food chain as they convert organic waste into inorganic accoutrements like nutrient rich soil.
Hence, option 2 is the correct answer
