Detailed Solution

In revolutionary France, property-owning men were granted exclusive rights to vote.
The French government granted the exclusive right to vote after implementing the new Constitution. It was mentioned that no man was eligible to vote if he did not own the property. Moreover, a woman was not allowed to vote even if she owned the property. Thus men without property could not vote, and all categories of women were also excluded from voting. According to the French Constitution, men without property were not allowed to take an interest in politics.
