In steady state:
(i) temperature does not change with time
(ii) all parts of the body are at same temperature
(iii) there is no flow of heat
(iv) there is no absorption of heat

In steady state temperature of different regions of the body may be different but they remain at constant temperature and also heat simply flows from the hotter end colder end.
