Detailed Solution

In the Trabeate style, a horizontal beam is placed across two vertical columns, and roofs, doors, and windows are made.
Between the seventh and tenth centuries, architects started adding more rooms, windows, and doors to buildings. A style of architecture called 'trabeate' in which roofs, doors, and windows were made by placing a horizontal beam across two vertical columns. The style was used in constructing temples, mosques, tombs, and buildings attached to largely stepped wells (baolis) between the eighth and thirteenth centuries. Corbelled is another name for the Trabeate style of architecture. In Delhi, the Quwwat-al-Islam mosque is an example of Trabeate-style architecture. Stonehenge in England is another example of The Trabeate or Corbelled style of architecture, which is, interestingly, found in civilisations across the globe.
