Charge on 4μF capacitor is Q=4×6=24μC . Equivalent of 2μF  and  5μFin parallel is 7μF . This 7μF  in series with 3μF  makes  7×310=2110μF. Charge on the equivalent capacitance is 
q=2110×6=635μC
This charge q gets divided on 2μF  and  5μF  so that potential difference across them same. It means charges on them are in ratio of their capacitances.
∴ Charge on 5mF capacitance is  q×55+2
=635×57=9μC
Required ratio is  9μC24μC=38
