Given that in the following figure, PR>PQ   and PS bisects QPR.  
QPS=RPS                        (1)   Question ImageWe know that the angle opposite to the larger side is large.
PR>PQ  
PQR>PRQ                    PQS>PRS  
PQSPRS>0             (2)   The sum of all angles of a triangle is 180 ° .  
From ΔPSQ  , we get,
PSQ+SQP+QPS= 180 °           
From ΔPSR  , we get
PSR+SRP+RPS= 180 °  
Equating equation (3) and (4), we get
PSQ+SQP+QPS=PSR+SRP+RPS  
PSQ+PQS=PSR+PRS           [using eq. (1)]   
PSRPSQ=PQSPRS>0           [using eq. (2)]  
PSRPSQ>0  
PSR>PSQ  
Hence, if PR>PQ   and PS bisects QPR  , then PSR>PSQ  .
Thus, option (1) is correct.
