C'eq =C1 + C2 +C2

   C'eq =  9 + 10 + 5 = 24 μF

and series equivalent capacitance,1Ceq = 1Ca + 1Cb + 1Cc

  1Ceq = 112 + 124 + 181Ceq=2 + 1 + 324

  1Ceq = 246μF = 4μF

Since,C = QV     Q  =  CV

= 4 × 10-6 × 80 = 320μC

Now, 9V + 10V + 5V = 320
