Given, a rhombus ABCD  with A= 67 °  and an equilateral triangle ΔDEC  .

A= 67 ° =C  [Opposite angles of rhombus]
A+D= 180 °  [Consecutive angles of rhombus.]
D= 113 ° ABC= 113 ° [Opposite angles]   In ΔDBC  , DC=CB   [Sides of rhombus]
  CDB=CBD   [Angles opposite to equal sides.]… (1)
Also, by angle sum property of triangle,
CDB+CBD+BCD= 180 °   2CDB+67°= 180 ° [From (1)] CDB= 56.5 ° CDB=CBD= 56.5 ° ...(2)   In ΔDCE  , EC=CB   [Sides of equilateral triangle are equal.]
  CBE=CEB  [Angles opposite to equal sides are equal]… (3)
By angle sum property of triangle,
  CBE+CEB+BCE= 180 ° 2CBE= 53 °  [From (2)] CBE= 26.5 ° ...(4)  
The value is CBE= 26.5 °  
CBD=CBE+DBE [Angle addition property.] 56.5=26.5+DBE [From (3) and (4)] DBE=30°   Hence, CBE= 26.5 °  and DBE=30°  .
Hence, the correct option is 2.
