In which animal there is no blood for transport of nutrients?

A muscular chambered heart is seen in all vertebrates. The heart of a fish consists of two chambers: an atrium and a ventricle. When the heart pumps blood throughout the body of a fish, the blood transports nutrients. Hydra and sponges, for example, have no circulatory system. As the water they drink enters their bodies, it brings food and nutrients with it. As it travels out, the water carries waste products and carbon dioxide. Hence, there is no blood in creatures like hydras and sponges to transfer nutrients.
