Detailed Solution

Coordinate bond or dative bond is the bond between the bonded atoms where the electron pairs belong to one of the bonded atoms.
CuSO4⋅5H2O exists as [Cu(H2O)4]2+SO42-.H2O, where there is dative bond between water molecule and Cu of [Cu(H2O)4]2+ complex. There is an ionic bond between the coordination sphere and SO42-.

In NH4Cl, there are three covalent bond between one N atom and 3 hydrogen atoms, one dative bond between one N atom and one H atom. Also, there is one ionic bond between NH4+ and Cl-.
