Detailed Solution

In the Nagpur Session of Congress, the Non-Cooperation proposal was adopted.
At the Congress's Nagpur Session in December 1920, negotiations were on the vital non-cooperation agreements. As a result, a program was adopted that demanded people give up their titles and boycott foreign goods, schools, courts, and councils. They also advocated the preservation of Hindu-Muslim harmony and strict nonviolence. In Nagpur, India, a Congress meeting in December 1920 resulted in the adoption the Non-cooperation movement. Thus the movement's supporters and opponents struck a compromise. Even though Gandhi planned to pass the Non-Cooperation Movement Resolution in the Calcutta session, he was only successful in doing so in the Nagpur session in 1920 due to opposition.
