Detailed Solution

In 2015,  Nepal adopted the interim Constitution.
Nepal has had seven constitutions in the 68-year history of sacred progress leading up to this one, with previous constitutions approved in 1948, 1951, 1959, 1962, 1990, and 2007. The main Jana Andolan, or Popular Revolt, returned Nepal to a multi-party vote-based system. Nepal is headed by the Constitution of Nepal, adopted on September 20, 2015, to replace the Interim Constitution of 2007. Nepal's constitution has diverged into 35 sections, 308 articles, and nine schedules. The Interim Constitution included a Constituent Assembly tasked with drafting Nepal's rudimentary constitution.
