Detailed Solution

The Tsar's autocracy fell apart in 1917. Despite the existence of Parliament, the Tsar made decisions without consulting it. During World War I, the Tsar did not consult with them. After the Bolsheviks took power, they issued the Decree of Peace, which ended Russia's participation in the First World War. The war had caused a crisis in the country on all fronts, whether social, political, or economic. There was a scarcity of food grains throughout the country due to the war. Employees went on strike. All of this caused confusion and upheaval in the country, eventually leading to the demise of the Tsarist autocracy.
