Detailed Solution

In winter, the wind blows from land to sea.
Winters are a season when the temperature of the country falls. This is because the rays of the sun fall vertically over the south equator. Winds always blow from the colder end to a hotter end, or we can say that winds always blow from a high-pressure region to a low-pressure region. During the winters, the land cools down more than the water in the sea. This means that the temperature of the land will be lower than the temperature of the water. Hence the winds will move from the land to the sea during the winter. Also, we can understand this as the temperature is a little higher in the water in the sea than a low-pressure region is created there as the temperature and pressure are inversely proportional at constant volume. In the same way, a high-pressure region will be created in the land due to the lower temperature. So the winds will move from the high pressure to the low pressure, from land to sea.
