The names of some quadrilaterals with diagonals that cross each other are parallelogram, rhombus, square, and rectangle.

Concept: A parallelogram is a four-sided figure with diagonals that cross each other.  A proper subset of the parallelogram is the set of a square, a rhombus, and a rectangle. 

All of the parallelogram's properties are represented in these figures.  Diagonals of squares, rhombuses, and rectangles also bisect each other.
