Detailed Solution

Indus valley civilization is also known as the Harappan civilization and was one of the earliest civilizations. It is also known as the earliest urban culture in India. In 1921 this civilization was discovered in Harappa and then in Mohenjo Daro. So the Indus valley civilization was known to have two cities considered in it: Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro. It is also believed that Harrapa succeeded Mohenjo Daro at the time of the floods. This civilization spread from 2500 to 1750 BC, and the people of the Indus valley civilization were well known for using cotton and wool.
