Detailed Solution

The bacterial cells/plant or animal tissue with enzymes such as lysozyme (bacteria), cellulase (plant cells), chitinase (fungus).

Bacterial cell wall is made up of peptidoglycan. It is made up of linear chains of repeats of dimer of NAM and NAG units cross-linked by peptides.

.Lysozymes act on the beta 1-4 glycosidic linkage between NAG and NAM units.

Fungal cell wall is made up of chitin (homopolymer of NAG units linked by glycosidic bonds) Chitinase is an enzyme that cleaves the glycosidic bonds in chitin.
