Let us assume the number of permit’s marbles = m.

Therefore, the number of marbles Irfan has = 5m + 7.

The equation is, 5m + 7 = 37.
Adding (-7) on both sides,
5m + 7 – 7 = 37 – 7
5m = 30
Dividing both sides by 5,
