Is Aravalli fold or block mountain?

The Aravallis, running across Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi, are among the oldest fold mountains in the world. They were formed during the Precambrian era by the folding of the earth’s crust. Over time, erosion has reduced their height and left them as rounded hills.
