Air contains many types of gases, and air also contains water vapours. An experiment can prove this; we take a glass of ice-chilled water and keep it anywhere for some time. After some time, one observes water droplets on the outer surface of the glass. These water droplets are nothing but water molecules present in the air around the glass, which got condensed after coming into contact with the chilled water. As a result, the water vapours in the air got condensed and formed liquid water, which appeared as droplets on the glass.
