Detailed Solution

Cytokinesis is the process of cell division in which the cytoplasm of the parent cell is divided into two daughter cells. Nuclear division is the process of separating chromosomes into two identical sets and is known as mitosis.

Cytokinesis occurs during the final stage of mitosis after the chromosomes have been separated. During cytokinesis, a contractile ring made of actin and myosin filaments forms around the cell, pinching the cell membrane inward and eventually dividing the cell into two separate daughter cells.

The correct answer is- cytokinesis is not the process of nuclear division.
