Is it true that flatworms reproduce asexually by fission, fragmentation, and regeneration?

Fission is a type of asexual reproduction where a single organism splits into two or more parts, each of which develops into a new organism. Flatworms can reproduce by fission by dividing longitudinally or transversely. Fragmentation is a type of asexual reproduction where a piece of the parent flatworm's body breaks off and develops into a new individual. Regeneration is the ability of an organism to regrow lost or damaged body parts. Some flatworms can regenerate lost body parts. 

Some flatworms can also reproduce sexually, producing eggs and sperm and undergoing fertilization.
