Is it true that lymph is the fluid that leaks from wall of capillaries?

Pressure of blood flowing in capillaries results in the leakage of the fluid through these walls and it is known as Lymph. Lymph capillaries helps to keep the overall fluid balance in your body. Throughout the body, interstitial fluid (fluid found in the spaces around cells) leaks from blood capillaries into the tissues. Lymph capillaries pick up the fluid and return it back to circulatory system.
