No force is experienced by a stationary charge in a magnetic field. For a stationary charged particle,velocity  v=0
From electromagnetic law of force,we know that  = qvB
F is the force experienced by the charged particle
q is the charge
v is the velocity
B is the magnetic field with its velocity perpendicular to the field.
