The pollen tube is synthesized within  2 to 3 minutes after the pollen falls on the stigma of a flower.

After the pollen grain lands on the stigma of a flower, it germinates and extends a long tube called the pollen tube. The pollen tube grows through the style of the flower, which connects the stigma and ovary, and enters the ovule, which contains the egg cell. The pollen tube serves as a channel for the delivery of the male gametes (sperm cells) to the female gamete (egg cell) in the ovule, which leads to fertilization and the formation of seeds. So, the synthesis of the pollen tube occurs after the pollen lands on the stigma and starts to grow through the style towards the ovule.
