As we know, “The moon's mass is 1100 times and 14times the earth's radius”.
Since, gmoon=GMmRm2=GMe100(Re4)2 , Mm = Me100 and Rm = Re4
gmoon = moon’s gravity
Mm= mass of the moon
Me = mass of the earth
Rm= radius of the moon
Re= radius of the earth
 gmoon=16GMe100Re2  — eqn (1)
gearth=GMeRe2  — eqn (2)
On dividing eqn 1 by eqn 2, We get  gmoon=16gearth
That's why the weight of any object on monon is 16th as compared to the weight on the earth.
