In this given question we have;
Mass (m) = 0.4 kg,
and initial velocity (u) = 10 m/s
Initial momentum of the ball = m×u
= 0.4 ×10
= 4 kg-m/s
But if we consider for the highest point, where the ball comes to the rest
i.e velocity at this point  (v) = 0 m/s
So the momentum of the ball at this highest point = m×v
=0.4 ×0=0
= 0
