It is a data sufficiency problem in which it is to be decided on the basis of given statements whether the given question can be answered or not. No matter whether the answer is yes or no. 

Question : Is the orbital of hydrogen atom $3p_{\mathit{x}}$?

Statement 1 : The radial function of the orbital is 

$R\left(r\right)=\frac{1}{9\sqrt{6}{a}_0^{3/2}}(4-\sigma )\sigma e^{-\sigma /3},\sigma =\frac{r}{a_0}$

Statement 2: The orbital has 1 radial node and 0 angular node.

Given- statement 1 and  statement 2
To find-Relation between Statement 1 & 2.
for $3p_{\mathit{x}}$,
$\mathrm{l} =1$ where l angular momentum
n=3n where n- shell no.
No. of spherical radial node formula,
$\Rightarrow n-l-1=3-1-1=2$

No. of angular nodes formula,
$\Rightarrow \mathrm{l}=$ angular nodes 
so we can identify the orbital by Statement 2 but we can't identify radial function by statemen 1 that to which orbital it belongs.

Hence, the Statement (2) alone is sufficient.
