Klinefelter's syndrome is a case trisomy (2n+1) due to the presence of an additional copy of X chromosome (47, XXY) in male humans. Such an individual is tall and has overall masculine development, however, the feminine development (development of breast, i.e., gynaecomastia) is also expressed. Such individuals are sterile.
