Detailed Solution

In India's Uttar Pradesh, there is an ancient site called Koldihwa, located close to the village of Devghat in the Belan River lowlands. It is a Neolithic site in Uttar Pradesh. The oldest proof of rice domestication can be found at Koldihwa (6,500 B.C.). In the Belan valley, agriculture first appeared approximately 6,500 B.C. It was also known for its barley farming and rice farming. 1972 to 1976 saw the excavation of the site. The radiocarbon dates of the bone fragments (from Koldihwa and Mahgara) demonstrate that the domestication of cattle, sheep, and goats occurred in the area.
