Detailed Solution

B will produce more cooling.
Latent heat of evaporation is the amount of heat required to convert liquid state to gaseous state at a constant temperature. B will cause cooling because it takes more heat from the surroundings and causes more heat of evaporation. B has more latent heat of evaporation than A. So B will be able to produce greater cooling than A. As the rate of evaporation is high so the rate of cooling will also be high.
