Laws are necessary for a society, and they are broadly put under two types. For any society to let its citizens perform their actions peacefully and feel empowered by their rights, it becomes necessary to have laws for that to happen. Any country prospers and flourishes when its citizens focus on their work and overall development and are not involved in the issue of violation of their rights or any form of injustice happening to them. We broadly classify laws as two types, one as civil laws and the other as criminal laws. In civil laws, we include cases like property fraud, municipality scams, community violence, etc. Under criminal laws come cases like murder, robbery, sexual abuse, etc. Each type of case has its separate courts for hearings.
