The creation of the Communist Party took place with the organisation of the Communist International in 1919 worldwide. But in the beginning, after returning from exile, Vladimir Lenin, the Bolshevik leader, suggested changing the Bolshevik Party's name to the Communist Party to indicate the radical change. Apart from the suggestion for changing the party name, he also put forward three important demands after observing the condition of Russia now. Firstly, to stop the War, followed by the land to be transferred to the peasants, and lastly, to demand the nationalisation of the banks.
