Let $\text{'}O\text{'}$ be the origin $A(3,-2),B(1,2)\text{\hspace{0.17em}and\hspace{0.17em}}C(1,1),D(2,-1)$  the pair of points lies on origin side of the line  $2x-3y+5=0$

All points lies same side of line $2x-3y+5=0$  in which $(0,0)$ lies.
