Let $\mathrm{A}=\{\mathrm{x}\in \mathrm{R}:[\mathrm{x}+3]+[\mathrm{x}+4]\le 3\},\mathrm{B}=\left\{\mathrm{x}\in \mathrm{R}:3^{\mathrm{x}}{\left(\sum _{\mathrm{r}=1}^{\mathrm{\infty }} \frac{3}{{10}^{\mathrm{r}}}\right)}^{\mathrm{x}-3}<3^{-3\mathrm{x}}\right\}$, where [t] denotes greatest integer function. Then, 

$\mathrm{A}=\{\mathrm{x}\in \mathrm{R}:[\mathrm{x}+3]+[\mathrm{x}+4\left]\right\}=3$

We know  $[\mathrm{x}+\mathrm{k}]=\left[\mathrm{x}\right]+\mathrm{k}$                     K is an integer

$2\left[x\right]\le -4 \left[x\right]\le -2 x\in (-\mathrm{\infty },-1)\text{ for }A$

For B                     $\mathrm{x}\in \mathrm{R}$              $3^{\mathrm{x}}{\left(\sum _{\mathrm{r}=1}^{\mathrm{\infty }} \frac{3}{{10}^{\mathrm{x}}}\right)}^{\mathrm{x}-3}<3^{-3\mathrm{x}}$

$3^x{\left(3\left(\frac{1}{\frac{10}{9}}\right)\right)}^{x-3}$                      $3^x\left(3^{-x}(3{)}^3\right)<3^{-3x}{3}^3<3^{-3x}$

   $\mathrm{x}\in (-\mathrm{\infty },-1)\text{ for }\mathrm{B}\therefore \mathrm{A}=\mathrm{B}$
