Let L be the line $2x+y-2=0$. The axes are rotated 45° in clockwise direction then the intercepts made by the line L on the new axes are respectively k,l Then

          x=$=X\cos \theta -Y\sin \theta$,  $\theta$=$-{45}^0$

        then   X=$\frac{X+Y}{\sqrt{2}}$

      and y=$X\sin \theta +Y\cos \theta =-\frac{X+Y}{\sqrt{2}}$

          Given line   2x+y-2=0

sub x and y values 

$\Rightarrow$2X+2Y-X+Y=$2\sqrt{2}$

            X+3Y=$2\sqrt{2}$

            $\frac{X}{2\sqrt{2}}+\frac{Y}{\frac{2\sqrt{2}}{3}}=1$

          intercepts are  K=$2\sqrt{2}$, $\mathcal{l}=\frac{2\sqrt{2}}{3}$
