Let  c=αi^+βj^

Given that bc  bc=0

(4i^+3j^)(αi^+βj^)=04α+3β=0α3=β4=λα=3λ,β=4λ                      ...(i)

Now let a=xi^+yj^ be the required vectors.

Projection of  a along b gives ab|b|=4x+3y42+32=1

or 4x+3y=5             (ii)            

Also projection of  a along b gives

ac|c|=2αx+βyα2+β2=23λx4λy=10λ3x4y=10      ...(iii)

Solving (ii) and (iii), we get x=2, y=-1

Therefore, the required vector is 2i^j^

Hence, required dot product = 6 - 1 = 5
